Pisces is on double duty on the 1^st of March when the Sun meets up with Neptune, ruler of Pisces, providing a calm start for the month.

On March 2^nd Jupiter opposes Uranus daring you to be yourself by breaking free from usual behaviour.

Venus goes retrograde on the 4^th. If you’re planning to get married in the next 40 days, you might want to reconsider your plans. This is not a favourable time to get hooked up with anyone. In fact, it could help you get rid of the last remains of that old flame that’s still smouldering in the secret chambers of your heart. Past relationships come into focus, during this period. "Those affected by this Venus retrograde could be attracted to unattainable lovers or ones who are married. Scandalous behaviour and swinging from sinner to saint is most marked during this period of the retrograde."

March 5^th can be a productive day as Mars will trine Saturn, giving structure and discipline to those who need it. An added bonus to the weekend and leading into Monday, is that there will be a superior conjunction between the Sun and Mercury making conversations logical and objective.

Mars leaves his favourite placement in Aries and enters the “too laid back for me!” land of Taurus on the 9^th. This can make people feel angry and frustrated.

A Full Moon happens on the 12^th in Virgo. It’s a time for completing projects and bringing plans to a conclusion. This is a good time to start a diet and put an end to bad habits. Virgo always makes us look at health issues.

Be aware that Mercury squares Saturn and it is known to bring on the blues. With all that is going on with the planets, there can be many delays so you’re going to need to find some patience.

On March 13^th, Mercury leaves gentle Pisces and moves into feisty Aries. You can finally let the cat out the bag and say what you’ve been holding in. Don’t know how lucky St. Patricks day will be, because there’s a rather serious aspect for the day between the Sun and Saturn.

Venus meets up with Mercury, who can be a tad edgy in Aries, but Venus and Mercury aspects are usually good ones.

The Sun enters Aries on Monday 20^th March for an Astrological New Year! With as many planets in fire signs it can signal new adventures and risks. Lots of new technology coming from here on. But as always, fire can burn you so don’t let things blaze out of control.

The month ends off with a New Moon in Aries on March 27^th. If you’re planning to start something new this year, the next two weeks would be a good time to pick. Just don’t pick the 27^th because it’s a 9 day and not a time to start anything new. Mercury trines Saturn on the 29^th adding inspiration to any projects.

Jupiter will square Pluto complicating matters, forcing you to deal with issues. This could resurface again in August when these two heavy weights meet up again.
