2 - 6 October

Pluto finally gives the go ahead as it goes direct on the 3rd October. Its time to start acting on your desires now. Communications become deeper and more intense as Mercury will enter Scorpio. With Mars feeling uncomfortable in Libra, hopefully things remain calm and people don't want to brew up too many storms. Bring out your genius on the 6th October as Mercury opposes Uranus. Patience may be in short supply on this day.

7 - 13 October

The negative side of Scorpio may surface as Venus enters Scorpio, where she's really not too happy. People can be intense, obsessive and jealous. Around October the 12th things can get exciting but also unpredictable. Romance and finance may present challenges. There's a Full Moon in Aries on the 13th and Lucky Jupiter's connection to the Sun and Moon brings blessings and a promise of success.

14 - 20 October

The 14th can bring bickering and backbiting and things can get a bit nasty, so try and keep your cool and don't push anyone's sensitivity button. Imagination and creativity may soar on the 15th thanks to Neptune's meetup with Mercury. There's some grounding from Venus and Saturn on the 20th, which can be good for money and love.

21 - 27 October

The week starts out calm but gets a bit more challenging as we approach the New Moon on the 27th. As the Sun enters Scorpio on the 23rd, get ready to purge what isn't working for you. Scorpio is about transformation and helping you take action, will be a tense square between Mars and Saturn. Watch for nervous tension, separations and unexpected surprises towards the end of the week.

28 - 31 October

Venus joins Mercury and this will ease some of the challenges. There might be more tricks than treats this Halloween because Mercury begins its last retrograde for the year on the 31st, and the few days before are usually Mercury getting up to major mischief.
