May Astrology Forecast 2025

So, May kicks off with some pretty deep emotional energy. The Full Moon in Scorpio rises on the 12th, and... yeah, it’s intense. Scorpio doesn't really do “light and breezy.” It brings up things we’ve been avoiding—feelings, power struggles, old attachments we maybe didn’t even realize we were still clinging to. It’s the kind of moon that feels like a wave crashing over you—and afterwards, weirdly enough, there’s relief. Like, finally, something breaks open. You might cry. Or you might just feel oddly clear. Either way, it’s a release. And maybe not the neat kind.

Then around the 16th, Ceres moves into Aries. This shifts how we think about care—how we give it, how we get it. It’s less about comfort and more about action now. Like, “I’m gonna show up for you by pushing you to go after what you want,” kind of vibe. Or, maybe it’s just about standing up for yourself more. Which, honestly, can be harder than it sounds. I’ve had days where even making a phone call feels like a battle.

Gemini season starts on the 20th, and the mood lifts a bit. Things feel faster. Conversations pick up. Your brain might start jumping from one idea to the next—you’re curious again. But also, maybe a little scattered? That’s kind of the Gemini thing. It’s like you’re excited to learn but can’t pick just one book. Which is... fun, if slightly chaotic.

Now—this is a big one—on the 24th, Saturn enters Aries. That’s... whew. It’s kind of like having a coach who won’t let you quit. Aries wants to go-go-go, but Saturn says, “Not so fast. Do it right.” There might be frustration. Like, you want to launch into something, but the universe hands you a clipboard and says, “Let’s make a plan first.” Not sexy, but probably necessary. It's about building real confidence, not just rushing into stuff and hoping for the best.

Then on the 25th, Mercury moves into Gemini, and things speed up again—but this time in your head. Thoughts, conversations, messages, ideas—they’re flying. Honestly, this might feel great if you've been stuck lately. Or kind of overwhelming if you're already overthinking everything. Personally, I get excited when Mercury’s in Gemini, but I also forget where I put my phone five times a day. So, you know. Mixed bag.

And finally, the Gemini New Moon lands on the 26th. It’s light, but not shallow. It’s a great time to start something new—maybe a conversation you’ve been meaning to have, or even just journaling out your thoughts. Sometimes we forget how powerful a shift in mindset can be. Like, one tiny change in how you think or speak, and suddenly things feel different. Better, maybe. Or at least, clearer.

So yeah, May’s got layers. Some deep emotional clearing, some big shifts in how we act and speak. It’s messy in parts, but kind of exciting too. I guess we’re learning to move forward with a bit more truth and a bit less fear.
