July, 2017

imagesApologies for no Tarot blog this week. My first grandchild has arrived a month earlier than expected, healthy and all good, but it’s been a busy week.

If you’ve been held back by circumstances, the first week of July brings quite a few opportunities to get you back on track again.

On the 2nd, Mars opposes Pluto for some powerful, not so easy energy. Passions can run high in many ways.

Venus together with Mercury get things going on the 4th. Venus moves into Gemini and brings opportunities to send out flirty messages however, Mercury squares Uranus which can bring unwelcome communications.

On the 5th, Mercury leaves Cancer to go on show in self-centred Leo, making it oh so easy to express yourself. Things might get slightly out of hand because the Sun will trine Neptune and square Jupiter. This can blur our reality, it can also stir our creative and spiritual juices or make us want to hide, and with Jupiter involved, some could be thinking too much is never enough.

The Capricorn full moon on the 9th sets the record straight and brings a more serious and focused energy. Pluto is also involved in the full moon and you’ll want to clean out or cut back physically as well as emotionally.

Be ready for some confusion with either your bank account or your love life as Venus squares Neptune on the 17th. On the 18th Venus makes a trine with Jupiter. All these together can have trouble with boundaries and a desire for too much of whatever’s on offer. Don’t let Neptune pull the wool over your eyes, wait till things become clearer.

Uranus gets up to mischief as it squares Mars on the 17th. This can be an accident-prone aspect so be extra careful.

On the 19th Mercury trines Saturn which hopefully keeps things under control.

Uranus shakes matters up again on the 20th as it squares the Cancer Sun. Mars leaves Cancer to shift into self-absorbed Leo. The Sun will also enter Leo on the 22nd.

The new moon on the 23rd includes Mars who can tip the balance towards selfishness, vanity and conceit.

The week of the 24th begins with a Venus-Saturn opposition which can cause some relationship issues and a blow to your self-esteem. Later in the day Mercury makes a quick trine to Uranus that encourages thinking outside the box.

On the 25th, Mercury move into Virgo, where he is happy. Our mental energy shifts towards work and health issues. Mercury is on schedule to go retrograde in August. Blaa!

The 26th is a great day to get something important done as the Sun and Mars are in perfect sync.

Last up for the month is that Venus moves into sentimental Cancer emphasising woman, children and real estate. Don’t be surprised if you feel like crying at silly things.
