Were already in September, this year is flying by way too quickly!
The month begins with a New Moon solar eclipse in meticulous Virgo. Usually eclipse periods have the potential to rattle our cages, so if you woke up feeling as if things were iffy, you’re right on tap with the energies. It’s a great time to set new intentions, so take a look at your goal list and add to it if you so wish.
Mercury is retrograde, so it might not be the best time for new beginnings, but there’s nothing wrong with planning and working on them for now.
Complicating matters on the 2nd is a stressful configuration involving the Sun, Neptune and (sighhh) Saturn too. There are three parts to this. First, Saturn squares the Sun, which brings about obstacles and slows things down. Then Neptune opposes the Sun, brain fog galore, can’t see a darn thing ahead of us and finally Saturn squares Neptune, don’t know what to believe anymore. You might need to do lots of inner work to keep calm during this period. Ommmmm…
There’s a productive trine between Sun and Pluto around the 7th, which is a great opportunity to successfully manage the details of any project or relationship.
Jupiter enters Libra for the next year bestowing good fortune and blessings on all those with a strong Libra in their chart.
Venus will square Pluto on September 11th, reminding us all of all those who lost their lives on 9/11.
On Monday 12th, the Sun makes its third inferior conjunction to Mercury. A good time to review your healthcare plan as well as clean up matters around your job.
Another eclipse on the 16th, so you may very well pick up some stress along the way, especially where relationships are concerned. Mars will square both the Sun and Moon during the eclipse. Bzzzt goes the planet of war and could indicate an increase in hostilities.
Mars trines Uranus on the 17th in a power driven aspect helping us to explore new possibilities. Mercury goes direct on the 22nd but just before that, makes a trine to Pluto on the 20th and another one, on the 23rd. One while Mercury is still retrograde, and the other as Mercury goes direct. This double whammy trine has a twofold effect of sharpening our wits and energizing our brainpower. The equinox takes place on the 22nd as well when the Sun enters Libra.
Venus leaves her comfortable home of Libra and enters the dark realms of Scorpio on the 23rd. The green-eyed monsters are most likely to come slithering out of the woodwork. Don’t put too much emphasis on trying to sort out issues in your love life over the next month, you might just fail.
So, with the Sun and Venus now meeting up in Libra, there’s a conjunction on the 26th. This amazing combo of power and luck only happens once a year and sounds a loud "all clear" for growth and expansion in all areas of life. Pluto turns direct on the same day and Mars enters Capricorn on the 27th. Things should really start moving from here on if you put your nose to the grindstone.
The month ends with a New Moon in Libra. Such perfect timing for new beginnings of all sorts. It's unmistakably a great week to get a move on.
