A difficult Full Moon and an important sign change for Venus are on this week's agenda. A Sagittarius Full Moon on Tuesday, June 2, has a couple issues that are all named "Neptune". Venus leaves Cancer and moves into Leo, where a retrograde next month will extend her journey through regal Leo into October. Pride and passion will be the new brand names for the way we feel about love or money. Venus in Leo needs respect and loves attention. Admiration is also encouraged, and did I mention drama? On the upside, this is the most generous and warm-hearted combo in the zodiac, so get ready to have fun and enjoy yourself over the next few months.

Mercury retrograde ends on Thursday, June 11, and although it usually takes Mercury a little time to get back up to speed, this is the day when communications, commerce, and travel plans will begin to return to normal. Just when it seems to be getting back to normal, Neptune slows things down again on Friday, June 12, when it turns retrograde for the next five months. This retrograde period can bring benefit to those who work behind the scenes. If you are working on your bucket list, this would be a good time to check off a couple items. The Sun and Mars have a contract to meet up every two years, and on June 14, it’s the big day. When these two masculine energies get together, a simple meeting can turn into a testosterone-filled locker room. Both planets are in Gemini, and this will provide more than enough mental energy.  Saturn will hold steady in the last two degrees of the watery sign of Scorpio for the next three months. The 29th degree of any sign is known as the Anaretic Degree, or Karmic Degree.  Since everyone has a skeleton or two in the closet, this is a time when some of those old bones might start to rattle.

If knowledge is power, then there are two turning points in the calendar year that you should know about during the third week. On June 16, the Gemini New Moon marks the beginning of a two-week growth period.  Since this Sun/Moon/Mars trio are only connected to one other and not to any other planets, this New Moon is like a conference call where everyone is in a perfect mind meld. The harmony continues into Sunday, when the Sun moves into Cancer and marks the second seasonal turning point of the year, the summer solstice.

On Monday, June 22, Jupiter and Uranus come together in a melodious blend of unusual and unexpected. This is the second time this year that Jupiter and Uranus have made a fire trine, the first was on March 3, but this time the two planets have an even more positive impact because Jupiter is moving forward. This aspect also opens up a small window of opportunity for gamblers and other risk takers that will last until the end of the week. On the positive note there will be many discoveries that can further technological progress.  The energy shifts to Mars on June 24, when he enters Cancer for the next six weeks. Although this is not the worst sign assignment for Mars, it's definitely not the best. It's harder than usual to make things happen when Action Man Mars is under the beams of an emotional energy like Cancer, which gets moody and has a tendency to move sideways to get out of conflicts.
